Only tattoos for now!
-
What is a consultation?
Consultations are a 20-30 minute conversation between you and the artist about the work you would like done. During the consultation you will discuss your ideas and schedule your appointment with your artist. Deposit is required in order to book your appointment.
-
Do I need to have a consultation for my tattoo?
Not necessarily. The artist may request to meet you for a consultation if there is anything that needs clarifying or if you have several ideas or concepts that you’d like to incorporate in the tattoo. Sometimes you or the artist may request a consultation just to get familiar with each other and chat about your tattoo idea in detail instead of emailing each other.
-
What is a tattoo deposit?
A tattoo deposit is a non-refundable payment that is given to the artist after a consultation or after you’ve agreed on pricing and appointment time and date. This deposit secures your appointment date and time. The deposit amount is counted toward the final price of your tattoo. I.E. If your deposit is $100 and your tattoo price is $500, you’d only have to pay $400 the day of.
After the deposit is paid, the artist will then work on your design and then show it to you the day of the appointment before the session. Some artist are open to minimal changes in the design and may charge an extra fee for any major/time consuming changes.
-
Is there a minimum price?
Our shop minimum is $100 for a small piece and the total price will vary depending on the artist, style of the piece, if it’s color or black and grey, amount of hours, number of tattoos done for the same person in the same session, etc. Keep in mind that some artists have their own hourly rate and some charge by the piece. We suggest contacting them for a more accurate estimate on the price of your tattoo.
-
Something unexpected came up, can I arrive late or reschedule?
We allow a 15 minute grace period for tardiness. Any longer than that is considered a no show and your deposit is forfeited. We understand life happens, but it can be very hard for us to fill your spot if you don’t show up to your appointment for any reason.
If you can’t make it to your appointment, the artist will keep your non-refundable deposit as payment for their time and the design they drew for you. If you’d like to schedule a new appointment, you’ll have to make a new deposit.
If you’d like to reschedule your appointment, please contact your artist at least 72 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. Please remember that every artist has their own booking process and the deposit amount and rescheduling grace period may vary. For any questions, contact your artist directly.

How do I prepare for my tattoo session?
Keep health and hygiene in mind! Have a filling breakfast and bring any snacks, drinks or meals to feast on when you and the artist take a break (especially if you have a session lasting longer than 5 hours).
Avoid drinking alcohol or consuming any drugs 2 days before your appointment and the day of your appointment.
Take a shower and cleanse the tattoo area well to ensure a comfortable experience for you and the artist.
Start moisturizing the area 7 days prior to your appointment (makes the skin easier to work on).
Avoid over exposure to the sun, tanning and chemical exfoliations a week before your appointment.
Do not use any numbing solutions or creams. Consult with your artist beforehand as these solutions can affect the healing process of the tattoo.

How do I take care of my tattoo after the session?
Aftercare of your tattoo is vital to the healing and preservation of your tattoo. We’ll apply a waterproof barrier after the session to protect your fresh tattoo from the elements. Keep it on for as long as your artist recommends for better results. We’ll provide you with aftercare instructions before leaving the shop that include things you should and shouldn’t do for the next 2 weeks. If you have any questions, notice excessive bleeding or plasma coming out of your tattoo, contact your artist immediately for instructions and advice on how to handle your particular situation.
